What to Expect From Our Caregiving Program
Step 1: Intro Call or Visit
We connect with the client to explain our services and schedule a free in-home consultation with our care designer.
Step 2: In-Home Assessment
Our care designer visits the home to assess the environment and patient needs, explain available services, and begin discussing care options.
Step 3: Personalized Care Plan
We verify insurance, complete intake, and present a customized care plan—including pricing, coverage, and next steps—to begin care.
